Welcome to our blog!

We are seventy students studying European Culture and Langage at the secondary school Anatole France in Gerzat (France). There are four groups of students, two in year 9, two in year 10. We are supervised by two teachers : Ms Andrieux and Ms Paul. We are involved in an e-twinning project with other schools from Europe who are all going to visit the UK this year. The project's aim is to create a collaborative travel diary with the different schools.

This blog will be used by students to prepare and share information about our trip to the UK which will take place from the 7th to the 12th of April.

First, we intend to share information about the trip organisation:

- Packing check list

- Survival guide

Then, we are going to find out information and prepare quizzes about the different places we're going to visit :

- Canterbury historical centre

- Canterbury tales

- The National Gallery

- The British Museum

- Piccadilly circus, Oxford street

- Cambridge historical centre

- Sedgwick museum of earth science

- The Cam

- Houses of parliament

- Westminster abbey

- 10, downing street

- Buckingham Palace

- The Thames from Embankment to Tower pier.

- Shakespeare's Globe theatre

During the trip, we'll post pictures and comment each day, this should be appreciated by our parents and friends, too!

After the trip, we'll post our travel diary/ies.
